Recently, we have received feedback from some migrated users that the USDT valuation of certain assets in their Armonia accounts is displayed as "--" or "0.00", raising concerns about the status of their assets. We would like to provide the following clarification:

I. Reason for the Issue

Armonia's price discovery mechanism relies on multi-source price anchoring from mainstream trading markets. However, certain tokens migrated from JuCoin (particularly long-tail assets or those with low liquidity) currently lack reliable market price data sources for anchoring. As a result, the system is temporarily unable to calculate and display their USDT valuations.

Specifically:

• These assets do not yet have corresponding trading pairs listed on the Armonia platform;
• These assets lack sufficient trading depth and price data in mainstream markets;
• The platform's price engine is unable to obtain valid anchor prices, and therefore cannot display valuations at this time.

It is important to note that: This issue only affects front-end value display. Your asset quantities, position records, and on-chain data remain fully intact and accurate, and your assets are completely secure.

II. Impact on Users

• Asset security remains unaffected: Your tokens remain safely stored in your wallet address, with accurate quantities verifiable on-chain.
• Trading functions remain unaffected: These assets are temporarily not supported for trading on the Armonia platform. Any listing arrangements will be announced separately.
• Deposit and withdrawal functions remain unaffected: Deposit and withdrawal services for these assets are operating normally, and you may continue to conduct on-chain operations as usual.
