Regarding the Migration of Former Jucoin Users to the Armonia Platform
This Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as "this Statement") is issued by Armonia (hereinafter referred to as "Armonia," "we," or "the Platform") and applies to former Jucoin platform users (hereinafter referred to as "you") who voluntarily choose to migrate to the Armonia platform and use its related services. Please read and fully understand all contents of this Statement carefully before completing your account setup.
I. Statement of Independent Entities
- Armonia and Jucoin are independent legal entities, and there is no affiliation, controlling interest, joint operation, or connected relationship between them under the law.
- Armonia is not the successor, acquirer, or replacement of the Jucoin platform, nor has it acquired, taken over, or assumed the business, assets, or liabilities of Jucoin in any form.
- The account recovery channel provided by Armonia is solely for the purpose of offering a convenient management option for users' assets and does not constitute an endorsement, commitment, or guarantee of any actions taken by Jucoin.
II. Disclaimer of Historical Liabilities
- Armonia assumes no responsibility for any historical conduct of the Jucoin platform, including but not limited to:
- Jucoin's past operational compliance;
- Custody, transfer, and usage of user funds on Jucoin;
- Any disputes, losses, or legal claims arising between Jucoin and its users;
- Any joint liability resulting from regulatory penalties, lawsuits, or debt crises involving Jucoin.
- Armonia does not inherit and is not obliged to verify your historical transaction records, KYC information, or account data generated during your use of Jucoin. Your account on Armonia will be treated as a brand-new independent account and must comply with Armonia's Terms of Service and compliance requirements.
- Should your assets suffer any loss due to operational issues, regulatory problems, or other third-party reasons related to Jucoin, Armonia shall not bear any compensation, indemnity, or legal liability in this regard.
III. User Acknowledgment and Commitment
- By voluntarily choosing to set up an account on Armonia and engage in digital asset trading, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this Statement.
- You undertake that all your operations on Armonia comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, and you assume sole responsibility for any legal obligations and risks arising from cross-border transactions, tax reporting, and other related matters.
- If you have any objection to any content of this Statement, you have the right to refuse to use Armonia's account recovery and related services, and you may consult us through Armonia's official customer support channels.
IV. Third-Party Liability
- Any oral or written promises made to you by any third party (including but not limited to the former Jucoin platform or its affiliates) regarding your account migration or asset transfer shall not be recognized by Armonia, and Armonia assumes no joint liability for them.
- Any actions, transactions, or disputes you engage in outside the Armonia platform are unrelated to this Platform, and Armonia assumes no obligation to supervise, recover, or mediate in such matters.
V. Platform Rights Reservation
- Armonia reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict services to former Jucoin users at any time based on legal, regulatory, or risk control requirements, without thereby incurring liability for breach of contract.
- Armonia reserves the right to amend, update, and make the final interpretation of this Statement. The latest version will be published on the Armonia official website and App without separate individual notice; users are expected to check for updates on their own.
VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The interpretation, enforcement, and dispute resolution of this Statement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where Armonia's operating entity is located.
- Any dispute arising from this Statement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Armonia's operating entity is located for litigation.
