This program is independent of the partner system and is open to all regular users.

II. Core Rules Explained

1. Scope of Rebate Application

Trading Products: Trading volume from both spot trading and futures trading is counted, and rebates apply equally to both types.
Rebate Recipients: After your invited friends complete trades, you will receive rebate rewards at the corresponding rate.

2. Upgrade Mechanism (Upward Movement)

The system evaluates your performance based on a rolling 90-day window.
As long as any one of the upgrade criteria is met, your tier will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding level on the next day, and you will enjoy the new rebate rates.
Example: You are currently at Silver tier and have successfully invited 60 friends in the past 90 days, meeting the Gold upgrade criterion (≥50 invites). You will be upgraded to Gold the next day, and your direct rebate rate will increase from 10% to 30%.

3. Downgrade Mechanism (Protective Decline)

Downgrade follows the principle of "dual conditions must be triggered simultaneously"—only when both downgrade indicators for that tier are met will your tier be lowered by one level.
If only one condition is not met, your tier remains unchanged, providing you with a sufficient buffer.
Example: You are currently at Platinum tier, with a 90-day trading volume of 1,500 USDT (below 2,000), but you have 5 successful invites (≥2). Since both downgrade conditions are not simultaneously met, your Platinum tier remains unchanged.

4. Tier Retention and Re-Upgrade

After a downgrade, if you meet the upgrade criteria again in a subsequent 90-day cycle, you may be re-upgraded with no limit on the number of times.
Tier assessments are conducted automatically on a daily basis, with results taking effect the following day.

III. Rebate Distribution Instructions

Distribution Time: Each rebate is automatically calculated and credited to your account balance within the next day after your friend completes a trade. No manual claim is required.
Distribution Form: USDT (or equivalent stablecoin, subject to actual receipt).

IV. Important Notes

These rules apply only to regular users who are not part of the Armonia partner system. If you are already a partner, please refer to the partner-exclusive policy.

Q: Does trading volume include both maker and taker orders?
A: Yes. All executed spot and futures trading amounts (denominated in USDT) are counted. Canceled or unfilled orders are not included.

Q: How is a "successful invite" defined?
A: A friend who registers via your exclusive invitation link and completes KYC verification counts as one successful invite.

Q: Will historical unpaid rebates be retroactively adjusted after a tier upgrade?
A: No. The rebate rate is determined by your tier on the day the trade occurred. Upgrades only affect new trades completed after the upgrade and do not retroactively adjust past rebates.

Q: How soon can I recover after a downgrade?
A: Assessments are conducted daily. Once you meet the upgrade criteria again, you will be restored to the corresponding tier on the next day.
