Web Tutorial

1. Visit the Armonia  official website and log in to your account;
2. After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
3. Click 【Identity Verification】;
4. Select your nationality as prompted;
5. Enter your full legal name and ID number;
6. Upload the front and back photos of your identification document;
7. Review your information and submit the application;
8. After submission, please wait patiently for review, which is expected to be completed within 24 hours;
9. For Advanced Verification, you will also need to upload a hand-held ID photo.

APP Tutorial

1. Open the Armonia APP and log in to your account;
2. Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
3. Enter the 【Identity Verification】 page;
4. Select your nationality as prompted;
5. Enter your full legal name and ID number;
6. Upload the front and back photos of your identification document;
7. Review your information and submit the application;
8. After submission, please wait patiently for review, which is expected to be completed within 24 hours;
9. For Advanced Verification, you will also need to upload a hand-held ID photo.

• Avoid glare, obstruction, or blurry images when uploading documents;
• For Advanced Verification, please ensure that the hand-held ID photo is complete and clear;
• During the review process, please wait patiently and avoid submitting multiple applications;
• Additional verification materials may be required in certain regions due to regulatory requirements.
